 Scope of office responsibilities

  • performing office tasks,
  • handling the matters directly related to the work of the Chancellor,
  • reception and assistant services to provide support for Chancellor and his deputies,
  • running a central register of contracts,
  • running a control book,
  • running a file of documents of the matters settled,
  • secretarial suport for business meetings of SGH authorities,
  • organising visit details of the Chancellor’s guests at SGH.
