 The Rector scholarship

 
Applications for the Rector scholarship for the academic year 2021/22 will be accepted from 18th to 29th October 2021.

Recommended way of submitting the application: by post or via ePUAP.
(submission of attachments - according to the information provided in the tabs for each type of scholarship).


IF THERE IS NO AVERAGE GRADE ACCORDING TO THE USOSweb SYSTEM, AN APPLICATION SUBMISSION IS ONLY POSSIBLE AFTER BEING ENROLLED FOR THE NEXT SEMESTER:

One’s average grade is only visible in the USOSweb system for students who completed the spring 2020/2021 semester already the day before the application submissions open.

Students whose semester completion status is pending have to be enrolled for the next semester in order to generate the application and apply. Students with a pending semester completion status, may file the application regardless of the fact that their average grade will not appear in the application in USOSweb.

IF A STUDENT DOES NOT COMPLETE THE PREVIOUS SEMESTER AND IS NOT ENROLLED FOR THE NEXT SEMESTER, THEY CANNOT APPLY FOR THE RECTOR'S SCHOLARSHIP !!!

ONE’S ENROLMENT FOR THE NEXT SEMESTER MUST ALSO BE SEEN IN THE USOSweb SYSTEM!

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Rector's scholarship is granted for the period of an academic year !!! (not for a semester)
