Applications for financial help should be generated only in the USOSweb system.

All faculties at all universities except the WARSAW SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS (also abroad) where you have ever studied / had the status of a student should be provided when filling out the application in the USOS system, even if the study period lasted only a few days, weeks or 1 month, even if you did not attend classes and were crossed out.

Verification of data on the faculties provided by the student with the nationwide POL-on system will take place at the beginning of the next year. Persons who do not give all faculties in the application will have the proceedings resumed, and if the period of 6 years is exceeded - the scholarship will be withdrawn.

 To submit an application for scholarship/grant/financial aid, log in to the main page of the USOSweb system by using SGH student login and password (once enrolled for the first year of studies at SGH, students receive their SGH login credentials, which are sent to the email address provided by them in the recruitment process).

Receipt of scholarship decisions, summons and notifications are made electronically via the USOSweb.
•    Application for social grant and for disabled students is for the period of an academic year.
•     Application for the Rector’s scholarship is filed only for the period of an academic year. However, students of the study programs for which recruitment in a given academic year is conducted only from spring semester, apply for the Rector's scholarship for the semester period. In such a case, it is required to submit 2 separate applications, for every semester each (fall and spring).
SGH students can apply for the following benefits:  
•    Social grant for students who are in a difficult financial situation
•    Premium social grant in an increased amount - only in justified cases, listed in the Student Benefit Regulations, i.e. in the case of the following ones:  
 - orphanage or semi-orphanage of the applicant;   
- disability of at least two household members;
- a place of permanent residence of an applying student is located outside the city of Warsaw and in a distance longer than 40 km from SGH, where daily commuting to classes is impossible or difficult; provided that the applicant is then housed in a student dormitory, or in another university facility (applies only to full-time students!)
•    Rector's scholarship for students who have obtained excellent learning outcomes, or outstanding achievements in science, art, or sports competition on at least national level (students admitted to the first year of studies in the year of passing the secondary school-leaving examination, may apply for the Rector's scholarship, if they are either a laureate of the international level Olimpiada school contest, or a laureate or finalist of the central (national) level Olimpiada school contest, referred to in the regulations on the education system, or are a medalist of sports competition for at least the title of the Champion of Poland in a given sport discipline, referred to in the regulations on sport).  
•    Grant for disabled students – for individuals who hold certificate of disability, a certificate of the degree of disability,  or a certificate referred to in art. 5 and art. 62 of the Act of August 27, 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled people. 
•    Aid - for students who find themselves in a difficult life situation.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When completing the application for scholarship, grant or aid in the USOSweb system, please, first provide there your bank account details!

 Information on the processing of personal data appears in the USOSweb system before an application for financial benefit, mentioned in art. 86 of the Law on Higher Education and Science, is filed by a student.
