Application procedures for students who wish to participate in the freemover programme are similar to those set for exchange students. Application is done via our online system available at: ​
  1. Register on-line: enter your personal data, indicate your study level and choose your study period
  2. You will receive an e-mail with a personal login and password that will grant you access to our system
  3. Complete the application form with the remaining personal and academic information
    Remember about the application system deadlines:
    • 19th April – for Fall semester
    • 19th October – for Spring semester
  4. Print out 2 copies of the application form and sign them
  5. Send both application forms with 3 passport-size photographs and all required attachments to the International Centre by the following dates:
    • 30th April – for Fall semester
    • 30th October – for Spring semester

Required attachments include:

    • CV/Resume in English
    • Letter from your home university certifying your enrolment as a student
    • Official Transcript of Records for the last two semesters of studies
    • English proficiency certificate for non-native English speakers
As the deadlines cannot be extended it is extremely important that we receive your documents in due time.
Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. SGH reserves the right not to return any of the application documents.
The decision about your admission, based on the evaluation of your educational background and motivation, will be communicated by mail within one month of the application system deadline.
The information package with the Letter of Acceptance, all the necessary information pertaining your pre-arrival preparation, academic calendar and Orientation Week schedule, will be sent to home address provided in the application form 2 months after the system closes.
