​Eligible activities

Student Mobility– students of 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycle:

• study periods of 3 up to 12 months (within the same academic year). A mobility may include language preparation through intensive courses in the visited country.
• practical placements of 3 up to 12 months (within the same academic year). A mobility may include language preparation through intensive courses in the visiting country.

Staff mobility:

• teaching assignments;
• participation in seminars, trainings, workshops, conferences;
• work shadowing.

Eligible applicants

Polish HEI – Erasmus University Charter holders - shall submit an application to the Programme Operator.

Polish HEI can cooperate with any number of HEIs or other partner institutions from Donor States with which bilateral agreement has been signed. Bilateral agreements will be obligatory. Individual beneficiaries (students and staff) shall apply to their home institutions: Polish students and staff members to Polish HEIs (the applicant), EEA-EFTA students and staff members to the EEA-EFTA HEI, in which they are registered/ employed and which have (Erasmus) bilateral agreement with the applicant (the Polish HEI).

For organisation of recruitment process, preparation of individual beneficiaries for mobility period, reporting of individual beneficiary to home institution procedures elaborated within Erasmus programme will be applied. Home university will be responsible for recruitment, selection, monitoring and reporting of an individual beneficiary.

Project duration

Eligible duration of a single Mobility Project will be up to 15 months – from 1st July to the end of September next year.

Financing principles

Eligible costs

• travel and insurance costs for individual beneficiaries;
• subsistence for individual beneficiaries;
• institutional costs for organisation of mobility for host HEIs.

Student exchange

• monthly grant for Polish students going to Donor State for study period or practical placement 800 € per month;
• monthly grant for Donor State students going to Poland for study period or practical placement 600 € per month.

Additionally 500 € as a lump sum for travel and insurance costs per person per flow. Invoices from the individual beneficiaries will not be required.

Staff exchange

• grants for Polish staff going to one of the Donor-States:
• 250 € per 1 day
• 1250 € per 1 week
• 2100 € per 1 month
• grants for staff from one of the Donor-States coming to Poland:
• 150 € per 1 day
• 750 € per 1 week
• 1250 € per 1 month

Additionally 500 € as a lump sum for travel and insurance costs per person per flow. Invoices from the individual beneficiaries will not be required.
