Scholarship Opportunity for Polish Citizens

Intern, study and network in Washington, DC this summer

The Fund for American Studies will award a full-scholarship for a Polish citizen to attend the

TFAS Academic Internship Program in Washington, DC.

Rowny Paderewski Scholarship Information

Scholarship funding includes, housing and tuition, travel from Poland to U.S. ($800), health insurance premium ($700) and a $1600 living stipend.

 

Scholarship Namesake

The scholarship is named in honor of Polish politician and pianist Ignacy Jan Paderewski and U.S. Army Lieutenant General of Polish descent General Edward Rowny.

The Fund for American Studies (TFAS) hosts Washington, D.C. – based Academic Internship Programs for students each summer. TFAS students leave Washington with 250+ hours of professional experience, an expanded network of contacts, and a greater understanding of the variety of career opportunities.  ​
